SOZO is a Greek word that means: Saved, Healed, and Set Free! This powerful word sums up our mission and vision perfectly, as we want to see YOU saved, healed, and set free in every area of your life! If you are a middle or high school student and looking for a place to belong, to be loved, to make friends, and to make memories, we would be honored if you would join us at SOZO Student Ministry on Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:30 at Trinity Chapel in McDonough!
At SOZO, we want to be "The Friendliest Place in Henry County!" We want to make sure that you make lasting friendships and have LOTS of FUN every time you walk in our doors! In fact, since friendship is such a HUGE part of our heart, we want to make our time together last as long as possible! That's why we invite you to hang out with us every Wednesday night after service at the Taco Bell at the corner of East Lake Parkway and Hwy 155 in McDonough. Cheap fast food plus GREAT friends equals an INCREDIBLE TIME for everyone! We also plan regular fun events like trips to Six Flags, ice skating, bowling, lock-ins, camps and retreats!
At SOZO, we don't want you to simply connect with other teens... we want you to connect with your incredible Heavenly Father! That's why in addition to our fun activities and outings, we make every effort to provide you with opportunities to grow in your faith through our weekly services, small groups, discipleship opportunities and outreaches. You don't want to miss out on what God has in store for you this year at SOZO Student Ministry! We can't wait to meet you and welcome you into the SOZO family!
